You’ll Never Bake Chicken Thighs Any Other Way, Juicy OVEN Baked Chicken

  • 1.78 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dry thyme
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning

To start off, gather all the ingredients listed below. For this recipe, I am using a little under two pounds of bone-in chicken thighs. Begin by removing the flap and extra skin from the chicken thighs. They are unnecessary and can affect the appearance of the dish.

Next, clean the chicken thighs by rinsing them with a mixture of vinegar, salt, and water. Pat them dry with a napkin to remove any excess moisture.

Seasoning the Chicken

Now it’s time to season the chicken thighs. Place them into a baking dish. Prepare a seasoning mix consisting of onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, Adobo seasoning, thyme, parsley, paprika, and Creole seasoning. This combination of flavors has been my go-to for years and always delivers exceptional results.
