- 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk or milk substitute
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 450g strawberries, sliced
- 10 vanilla crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- Strawberries and cookies for garnish (optional)
- In a medium-size bowl, combine 245g of yoghurt, cocoa powder, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Using a handheld mixer, blend together the ingredients until well combined.
